Why wood fired cooking? Why would anyone have it any other way? Fire is not only the most primitive way for cooking, it also gives the best flavor to food. There’s no pizza like wood-fired-pizza!

Our Dough

Takes us two full days to craft the extraordinary dough at the heart of Renata pizza. A slow fermentation process gives perfect flavor and texture to our dough. No shortcuts, just a whole lot of patience!

Tomato Sauce

Only the freshest vine ripened tomatoes make it into our sauce and we allow their essence to shine. Our sauce is so delectable you may want to lick your pizza!

Cheese

High quality cheese is a key element to superb pizza. We grate our cheese daily to ensure freshness and flavor without any added preservatives!

Hi, We just tried one of your Margherita pizzas for dinner tonight and wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed it. My husband, Guido is from New York and is really picky about pizza. Additionally, we were married in Santa Margarita and had the real thing. Your pizza was amazing! We live on an island in Washington State (Whidbey Island) and have a hard time finding great pizza, unless we take the time to make it. What a delight to find your frozen pizzas at our local Goose Grocery store – we are definitely going back to pick up some more. P.S. My picky husband NEVER eats the crust on pizzas, but ate each entire slice (including crust).
